Refund policy

The subscription
Merit is a monthly subscription. Founding members pay $19.99 per month, locked for as long as they stay subscribed. After the founding offer ends, the list price is $49 per month. Paddle is the merchant of record: they charge the card, collect tax where required, and issue the receipt.
How to cancel
Cancel from the Plan page after you sign in, or from the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until that date. We do not cancel immediately by default.
Refunds
Unused days in a paid period are not refunded automatically when you cancel at period end. If you believe a charge was made in error, or you want us to review a payment, email support@meritcv.com. We look at requests in good faith. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle, not by a separate Merit payment processor. This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
